Gasflux

The Gasflux® Process utilizes equipment to dispense Liquid Gasflux® with the fuel gas. The Gasfluxer® consists of a mixing chamber and a reserve tank for flux storage. The unit can be easily added to any existing manual or automatic brazing installation and does not require special torches, tips or unusual connections.

The Gasflux Company manufactures a series of Gasfluxer® for specific manual torch operation or automatic brazing machinery. All Gasfluxers® have a valve adjustment to regulate the amount of Gasflux® introduced into the flame. The units listed below are our “base” Models and additional features can be added to suit one’s particular brazing application. Please consult with The Gasflux Company for any added features to the base Models.

Gasflux® is a registered tradename, and is to be used exclusively with Gasfluxer® dispensing equipment manufactured by The Gasflux Company.

The Gasflux® Process makes use of a specially compounded liquid-type flux, also known as Gasflux®, which is introduced automatically into the fuel gas by means of a vapor. It is recommended for both manual and automatic applications and works with all fuel gases. Gasflux® is manufactured under rigid test requirements to guarantee its highest quality and performance. Gasflux® conforms to AWS/ANSI A5.31, American Welding Society "Specifications for Brazing Fluxes" and falls under flux type FB3-K.

Liquid Gasflux® is recommended for both manual and automatic brazing applications and works with all fuel gases.

Our universal liquid flux for both silver and bronze brazing, Type "W" is suitable with almost all applications for the brazing of copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, cast iron and carbide.
