At this time we are shipping only domestically. All Domestic orders will be shipped either UPS/FedEx/USPS based on customer input on the checkout page. Orders will be processed same day but may not ship until the next day. We ship Monday through Friday.
We will issue returns for shipping errors on our end or for manufacture defects. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there are are any issues, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving product so that we can issue an Return Material Authorization (RMA) for your invoiced items that you need replaced. We will ship out correct parts with a return shipping label.
If you have ordered in error, you may return any products within 30 days. These items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost will be at the customers expense. Damaged products will not be issued a refund. Please email us to arrange returns so we can issue you an RMA to ship back with the product.
All credits will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise notified.
